The problem occurs in large areas where you want to travel a long distance.
Unfortunately, we have the problem that we cannot navigate very precisely to individual points, which deviate from the actual destination by 3-5 meters. We have already tried a lot:
- The anchor points: 2 at the start, 2 in the middle and 2 at the end near the finish.
- We have scanned the map 10 times.
- Repeated the process twice
Are there any other ways to increase the accuracy of the navigation?
Unfortunately, we cannot technically explain how the errors occur.
I look forward to an answer.

Hi Janik, Thank you for reaching out to us! I have a few questions to help narrow down the issue you may be facing. I have also provided links to information and tutorials to ensure you have followed our best practices to obtain the most accuracy in your map.
1.) Is the floor plan you are using acurrate, high resolution and to scale?

2.) Which mobile device are you using, and are you using the most recent version of ARway?

3.) What anchor points are you referring to? If you mean the floor plan pegs that are placed during alignment, there may be an issue with your floor plan alignment. The pegs should be placed in easily identifiable locations on your floor plan such as corners, or a side of a doorway not more than 10m from the primary qr code. They do not need to be placed along any path. https://www.arway.ai/_files/ugd/ee6c8e_e51e21916f4c47bc91d22caea4e4e78c.pdf
If the floor plan alignment is not accurate, you will need to re-align your floor plan according to best practices and recreate the navigation paths and location pins. Please let me know if you still encounter issues after reviewing the best practices in our FAQs and Tutorials and making adjustment to your map.
Happy Holidays!
