I followed the steps as instructed. On 1st use the app takes me to the destination, and nothing is wrong. when on the 2nd, or 3rd try the line is in the air or inside the wall of a room.

If you are noticing that the AR content drifts overtime, I would recommend that you place additional recharge stations around your area. Video here.
Also, please ensure that your floor plan is aligned correctly so that the path placement matches the real-world. You can manually modify your floor plan alignment by following these steps:
