Editing Peg Locations on Web Creator Portal

Hi, I'm starting to create my map and placed my location pegs and uploaded my floorplan. Although the location pegs look accurately placed in the mobile app, they don't look properly placed on the floorplan on the web creator portal. How do you edit the location of the legs on the portal?

Hi Stephanie, thanks for reaching out!

To adjust the alignment of the floorplan peg locations, you need to use the ARway mobile app while in 'Edit Content' mode. When navigating in AR, simply tap and hold the pegs to reposition them on the 2D floorplan.

Hi Bilal,

One of the main reasons for the 6 pegs not matching the placement in AR would be that the floor plan does not meet our recommendations for the pixel-per-meter / pixel-per-foot ratio.
