After the payment

So I made the payment today, and it didn't Arrive any email at the account I put for the payment, and It asks for the private access portal, how much does it takes in time meanings to send this code?

We create it, but now we can't access it beacuse for some unknown reason the email that I used for sign in is different from the one where is sent the verification code
