Hello, there is this problem in the app which doesn't allow us to scan the image access point it says "move closer" and when I do so it doesn't work too, any solution to this problem?

Hi Yazan,
My recommendation is to try moving closer to the image access point you are trying to scan. Does this issue occur only with the IAP shared in the image above?
Another reason for this issue would be that the reference you are using is not a flat image but rather a curved one. I recommend choosing a flat image as the image access point instead.

Are you able to see the debug logs of your app to see if there is an error message that is appearing? These logs would typically show either a crash or an error message that shows what the problem is. Please share the debug logs if possible. Also, which version of the SDK are you using?
My recommendation would be to roll-back any changes that you made to the SDK to get to a working version. What may have happened is that something may have been edited to cause an issue with the scanning.
