Hi Joice,
Unfortunately, ARway does not have an on-premises Creator Portal offering at this time. You'll need to continue using the ARWay Creator Portal for adding floor plans.
However, with the ARwayKitSDK, you can create your own custom-branded iOS and Android app to share with your map visitors.
